Emergencies

As with any device, there is always the remote possibility of things just happening with orthodontic appliances. Although there are very few true orthodontic emergencies, occasionally a patient may require care outside of his or her regularly scheduled appointments. As a general rule, a broken wire, loose bracket or similar situation can be resolved by calling our office to schedule a special appointment. Anything that causes discomfort or alarm to the patient should be evaluated by Dr. Mockaitis and his staff. We will make every effort to make the necessary adjustments as quickly as possible.
